Create icon very easy with Microsoft Word

Is an Android programmer, I develop android applications. But UI (User interface) is hard for me when I can't work with any graphic tools (except pain).
Photoshop, gimp, inkscape, pain.net .. I tried but not easy to use.
And after a long time, I found an  easy tool and strong enough to work, it is Microsoft Word. I'm really deep impressions and want to share here for you.
