Korean Input Method Editor (Romaji - Romanized input type)

I am Vietnamese, worked in Samsung and I need a software support type Korean characters but my keyboard is English keyboard.
I searched and find a way to solve this solution: I need a Korean input method support Romaji type and Nalgaeset is a software I need.

How to config Nalgaeset
(These config is based in window 7)

1. Install Nalgaeset
2. Go to Control panel ->  Region and Language -> Keyboards and Languages-> Change keyboards.. set Keyboard like behind image (set Korean Nalgaeset is default input language, remove other keyboard like English).

3. Choose Nalgaeset and click to Properties button.
4. Choose English input keyboard by: Choose QuickSetup -> Basic keyboard setup and choose like behind image:

5. Choose Korean input keyboard by: Choose QuickSetup ->Romanized input Setup and choose like behind image:

6. Click Ok
 And now you can change English or Korean input type by Left Shift+Space hotkey.
